2022-2023 Election Ballots
The following candidates are running for a seat on the SCSRT Board:
Vice President candidate: Dana Long
Position Statement:
I have enjoyed working with the SCSRT Board to continue to grow this amazing profession. Over the past months we have been faced with several new challenges in regard to this society as well as the Radiology Profession in general. The board has worked together to keep the society on track amid a pandemic to ensure this society continues to be an advocate for the profession. I absolutely love this profession and I am honored to be able to be on the ballot for 22/23 and I hope that I will have your support to continue working to help the SCSRT flourish and be a voice for Technologists in South Carolina.
Treasurer candidate: Fran Andrews
Position Statement:
Serving as Treasurer of the SCSRT for the 2021 & 2022 term has been an honor. The knowledge and experience I have gained about the organization over the years has enabled me to serve you as SCSRT Treasurer. I will continue to use my experience to serve you if chosen for the office of Treasurer. The office of Treasurer requires honesty, organization and commitment and I believe my educational, professional organization and work experience provide me with the qualifications to carry out the duties of Treasurer in 2022-23 year.
Member at Large candidate: LaKeithea Williams
Position Statement:
As Member at Large I hope to help expand membership within the society, help to retain student memberships post their graduations. I hope to be able to help in any way to expand and build the society to include more technologists of many modalities. In this position I also want to help to build our internet and social media presence to keep more members and non-members informed of what’s going on within the society as well as our profession.
Member at Large candidate: Keyshawn Holloway
Position Statement:
Medical imaging is an important aspect of healthcare. I enjoy the profession of medical imaging as a staff technologist, and like to see the profession grow. I feel as though being a help me network, meet other technologists, and help further the profession by mentoring students.
